While she may not have physically been here to see the beautiful business she helped shape, her spirit is vibrant in every aspect of Bocconcino’s. She not only named our restaurant but also inspired and contributed to creating the delightful menu that you all enjoy today.
The definition of Bocconcino’s, “mouthful bites,” truly captures our daily mission: we work with immense dedication to ensure that every single bite is bursting with flavour, crafted with passion, and served with love.
Since migrating to Australia in 2000, it has been my joy to create authentic Italian cuisine. Every ingredient, herb, and spice is chosen and used with extreme thought and consideration, ensuring each dish delivers a truly memorable Italian experience.
